If I rate this haircut lower than a 1, I would. I had my hair cut by a 'Starr' and I am astonished at how horribly my hair was butchered. I ask for a simple cut: 0.5 - 0.75 inches off all around, the top portion is slightly longer than the sides, and I wear my hair relatively longer for the curls. The sizes of the hair clippings on the cloak and ground ranged anywhere from 1.5-2 inches after the fact, not to mention she went over the same areas multiple times with no rhyme or reason. Additionally, she matched the length of the sides with the length of the top despite my instruction to do otherwise. I really have difficulty understanding how such a simple request could have been f'd up so badly. I now have formal pictures in 4 days and nothing else to do but look like a complete fool. Thanks.

I got a hair cut on 7-5-22, by Tiffany. I've been to this location a couple of times in the past, but this time the hair cut was pretty subpar. She did look the notes they have for me and asked how much I wanted off the top, but the whole experience felt a bit rushed and when I got a closer look with my glasses on at home, it was a bit too much off the top. The shampoo and massage services were also a bit rushed compared to my previous visits. There must have been a communication error as well, because on one side my hair line was trimmed down to where my ear meets my head and on the other side it was trimmed to just above my ear and its pretty noticeable.

“Audria Shindler” gave our son a haircut that looked like a child did it and cut his head open. The manager “Amanda Smith” lied to me about who actually cut his hair claiming it was “Pamela Smith” stating she did the best she could name calling my child and claiming he was abusive, using and using profanities. My child is non verbal and has has his hair cut many times with no problems. There was no apology, no offer to fix it or any sense of customer service. Customers should be able to report stylists who cut a head open so they can get retrained, instead this management refuses to provide real names and hangs up on you! If you don’t want cuts to your scalp or a decent haircut go elsewhere. Management is terrible! Judging by the reviews this place is grossly mismanaged. I wish I could attach a photo to show everyone his haircut.
