I was very uncomfortable with the conversations and actions by the staff. Their overall behavior was unprofessional. They — all hairstylists — talked about peeling sunburn skin & references bodily fluids. One woman showed off her “twerking”. Look it up. I wanted to leave out of the disgusting atmosphere they provided.

Came here for the first time since we visited a location in Missouri last month and loved it. The woman who cut my sons hair did a terrible job. Missed hairs on his neck, hand cut the top and left it uneven, choppy and chunky. She got extremely defensive when I voiced my opinion and then proceeded to charge me $24 for the cut instead of $19. I did not yell, curse or become belligerent. I was simply very firm that I was displeased with the cut. As I was paying, out of no where, a fellow customer begins to make snide remarks to me regarding the fact that I didn't tip the stylist, that I was complaining, about my weight and just generally poking her nose where it didn't belong and exhibiting antagonistic behavior. The staff did not remove her from the salon or say a word, but instead, laughed with her and encouraged her disgusting behavior asking if her sons cut "looked ok?" while grinning and looking right at me. Very unprofessional atmosphere, employees and customers. The fact that we live in a world where we aren't allowed to express our dissatisfaction with a service we pay good money for because someone might get their feelings hurt, saddens me. Thankfully the stylist who was cutting my fiancé's hair (Kim) did a fabulous job and agreed with me that my son's hair looked sub par and fixed it for him. I left her a generous tip and thanked her for her help. I did end up getting my son's cut for free, which barely made up for the way I was treated inside this establishment. The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars instead of one, is because there is at least one decent stylist and understanding human being in the place.

Sarah was my stylist and she was remarkable. I continued to annoy her with asking what I should get because I was bored with my old haircut. She continued to have amazing opinions and made me look great in no time with a new style
